Next Level Private Security is an owner-operated New York security company built on decades of real-world experience in security, transportation, supervision, emergency response, and public safety.

State Licensed
Next Level Private Security LLC is a licensed Watch, Guard or Patrol Agency, regulated by the New York State Department of State.
Insured and Bonded
We carry the insurance and bonding a security agency in New York is expected to carry. Documentation is provided to prospective clients on request.
Trained to Act Lawfully
Officers meet state training requirements and follow use of force standards consistent with New York Penal Law Article 35. Lawful response is the standard, not a formality.
Where We Work
Based in New York’s Capital Region and serving the Capital Region, Upstate New York, Central New York, and select locations throughout the state. Assignments outside that area are considered based on location, staffing, scope, and scheduling. If you are not sure, call and ask.
Common Questions
Do you provide guards, or protective details, or both?
Both. We are a licensed Watch, Guard or Patrol Agency, so posted officers, site security, and mobile patrol are core to what we do. We also provide executive and personal protection, escorts, and event coverage. The right fit depends on what you are trying to prevent, and we will tell you which one we think it is.
Armed or unarmed?
That is decided by the situation, not by a price tier. Some assignments call for an armed officer and some are safer without one. We will tell you plainly which one fits and why, and you make the final call.
Why does railroad experience matter?
Because an active rail line is not a parking lot. Officers who do not understand how trains and equipment move, or the safety rules around them, are a liability to the client and to themselves. We have spent years in that environment.
Are you insured?
Yes, insured and bonded. Ask any security company you are considering for their documentation. A legitimate one provides it.
How much notice do you need?
Earlier is always better, because it gives us time to look at the location and plan. That said, we are local and short notice is often possible. Call and we will tell you straight whether we can staff it.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many officers, how many hours, whether the assignment is armed, and how much travel is involved. There is no flat rate worth quoting because a four hour event and a month of site coverage are not the same job. Tell us the situation and you will get a real number.
