Owner, Next Level Private Security LLC
Tracy Britt built Next Level Private Security on decades of real-world experience in security, transportation, supervision, emergency response, and public safety. His background includes more than thirty years of security-related work, extensive railroad and transportation experience, supervisory and leadership roles, critical incident response, and fire and emergency service.
That mix is unusual in this business, and it is the reason the company operates the way it does. Railroad and emergency work teach you to prepare before something happens, to communicate clearly under pressure, and to document what you did and why. Those habits carry into every assignment Next Level takes.
The company is owner-operated because Tracy wanted it that way. Clients have direct access to leadership, assignments are planned by the person accountable for them, and every job is treated as a reflection of the company’s reputation.
What We Believe
Professional security requires more than a uniform. It requires judgment, preparation, discipline, communication, and trust. Security is more than placing an officer at a location. It is preparation, communication, prevention, visibility, and a presence that fits the environment being protected.
How We Operate
- Owner-led. No distant management structure. Concerns, changes, and expectations are handled quickly by company leadership.

- Extensive railroad and transportation experience
- Supervisory and leadership experience
- Railroad operating and safety knowledge
- NORAC and Roadway Worker Protection familiarity
- Critical incident response experience
- Fire and emergency-service experience
- Armed and unarmed security operations
- Executive and personal protection experience
- Incident response, documentation, and reporting
This combination is what lets Next Level provide more than a traditional guard service. We provide experience, judgment, leadership, and accountability.
Where We Work
Based in New York’s Capital Region. We serve the Capital Region, Upstate New York, Central New York, and select locations throughout the state. Assignments outside that area are considered based on location, staffing requirements, scope of work, and scheduling.
Confidentiality
We do not name clients, discuss assignments, or post about the work. That applies to the first phone call as much as it applies to the assignment.
