The company is owner managed, with the owner directly involved in how assignments are planned and staffed. Leadership brings more than thirty years of experience in the security field, including armed security, supervisory responsibility, and professional security operations.

What We Believe

• Situational awareness. Knowing what is happening around you before it becomes a problem is most of the job.
• Professional conduct. How our people carry themselves reflects on you, so we treat that as part of the work rather than a courtesy.
• Lawful response. Everything is done inside the law, every time, with no exceptions made for convenience.
• No exaggerated claims. We do not oversell what we do or take on work we are not right for. If we are not the answer, we will say so.

The Job Is Preparation

People picture protection as the moment something goes wrong. Almost none of the work happens there. The work is walking a building before anyone arrives, knowing every exit, knowing which corners have no line of sight, and knowing which door leads to the vehicle instead of a dead end.

It is also knowing how to move through a crowd without turning heads, how to hold a position in heavy foot traffic, and how to talk somebody down before a situation becomes one. Aggression is almost never the answer, and a specialist who reaches for it first is a liability to the client. When an assignment is done well, it looks like nothing happened at all.

That is the standard here. You should be able to enjoy your evening, run your meeting, or work your site, and never once think about your own safety, because somebody else is already carrying it for you.

We have already been in these venues, driven these roads at the hours you will be driving them, and worked with the local departments before. When something changes in the middle of the afternoon, we are minutes away.
